Weekly Menu- Mini Tourtieres, Pork Chop Pineapple Bun, Mexican Ricotta Latkes,& Spanish Chicken



Each week I will pair a wine with a weekly menu to give you ideas for your kitchen magick!

This week's wine selection is: The Countess by Buena Vistsa Winery
It's one of my favorite reds this season with aromas of dark chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon with dark fruits in the palate. Everything selected on the menu would be great to pair with the wine.

Monday:  Mini Tourtieres on Tastemade
Tuesday: Eggplant Parmesan Hand Pies on Bonjon Gourmet
Wednesday:  Pork Chop Pineapple Bun on Lady and Pups
