Tasting Notes: Bailly Lapierre Crémant de Bourgogne Reserve Brut

I love spending quality time with a bottle of Bailly Lapierre Crémant de Bourgogne Reserve Brut It has good bubbles and great aromas of vanilla and pears. If ever there was a wine flirty on the tongue, it's this one. Perfect for mimosas or bellinis. However it's so delicious on it's own so you may not want  to mix it with anything.

The bubbly is from hand-picked grapes and features a mix of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, and Aligoté grapes. It's quite food friendly and will go great with fish, salmon, truffle fries, brie, basically anything that you want. Get more than one bottle because you are going to love it.

This crémant that will put a big smile on your face! I give it a big thumbs up with a round of applause.
